2. Customer Responsibilities

Information and Access

The customer must provide secure access to the workplace and all relevant information about the equipment to be serviced. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the work area is free of obstacles and risks for our personnel.

3. MantenTec Responsibilities

Service Execution

We are committed to performing services professionally, using appropriate tools and following standard industry procedures. Our goal is to improve the operational efficiency of your equipment through proper maintenance.

4. Limitation of Liability

Exclusions and Warranties

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential damages, or loss of profits. Repairs carry a warranty on installed parts and labor for a period defined on the invoice.

5. Payments and Invoicing

Financial Conditions

Prices are communicated before starting work and are subject to change if additional problems are discovered during the repair. Payment is due upon completion of the service. Late payment fees will be applied as permitted by law.

6. Modifications and Termination

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be notified and will be effective for future services. Either party may terminate a service agreement in writing with reasonable notice.
